The car is good for what it was, which was a means from Point A to Point B for me since I was only in town for the weekend. It isn’t the most fuel-efficient and the EV battery doesn’t last long even with a full charge. There were 2 charging cords in the car when I picked it up and neither of them worked with the Apple CarPlay. I messaged the host to let them know their CarPlay isn’t working and they told me the cords must’ve been left by a previous customer since they don’t provide cables, so I’m now wondering if this car was even looked at before I got it. I “fixed” it by having to buy a new charging cable. The car also has roaches, the little German cockroaches, which was pretty gross.

Your review is extremely dishonest and misleading. The tire pressure was normal, and we found no unpleasant odors or cockroaches. The USB cables were left by previous guests, and we never guaranteed CarPlay compatibility. You rented an affordable vehicle that served its purpose perfectly. Your accusations are completely unfounded, and your three-star rating is unfair. We would not rent to you again.
