From the very beginning, the car had multiple issues. It struggled to start, made a ticking noise, and once it finally turned on, both the low oil and maintenance lights appeared. As time passed, I tried to manage with it, but during a light thunderstorm, things became dangerous.
When I turned on the windshield wipers, one of them immediately broke and flipped over into my line of sight, nearly causing a serious accident. I had to pull over to the side of the road in heavy rain to readjust the wiper just to regain visibility. This situation placed me in a very unsafe and stressful position while driving.
To make matters worse, the driver later contacted me, harassing me about my speed, even though I was simply keeping up with traffic and urgently trying to find the nearest exit to ensure my safety after the wiper malfunctioned.
Overall, I was completely unsatisfied with this rental experience. I truly wish a refund could be issued, but at the very least, I wanted to share how unsafe and disappointing this situation was. I would never book with this provider again due to the poor condition of the vehicle and the lack of professionalism.
