I booked the car and came with a friend to pick it up. We inspected the car thoroughly and took photos of it. After we started driving, about 15 minutes later, my friend, who was following me in another car, noticed that one of the wheels was severely misaligned.
I contacted the owner, and we agreed that I would return the car because I became concerned that it might break down or become unsafe while driving. I drove the car about 30 miles in total. I returned it, took photos after leaving it, and left the keys.
I normally wouldn’t leave a 1-star review, but there were two significant issues. First, I lost an entire day that I had planned to spend driving the car and going somewhere. Second, I was only refunded half of the amount I paid, so I lost $240 because the owner failed to notice that the wheel was not in proper condition.

I understand that you have lost a whole day but it is not the fault of either of us that the car was like this, you don’t have to damage the car reviews with that star just because of the tire, I told you that I would solve the problem at the dealership and so I did, all my cars are always in good condition, but nothing is perfect and those problems always exist, I apologize for the bad moment caused and I am very sorry that you have lost your day
