Communication could have been better and tank was empty with pick up.

Dear customer, I am sorry that you felt that the communication was not good, because there was always communication, even when you asked me to deliver the car before your reservation time. Because the car was delivered 45 minutes before your check-in time. On the other hand, within the Turo application, you as a driver have the option to request the full fuel tank before receiving the car.
Good communication, will use again if needed.
