Bad tire had to get fixed with my own money did not get reimbursed
This review is misleading. The tire issue occurred during the trip, and instead of coordinating with us, the guest replaced the tire with a used tire that is not the correct size for the vehicle, creating a safety concern.
Additionally, the vehicle was returned with a strong marijuana odor, which violates Turo’s no-smoking policy. We always work with guests to resolve issues properly, but unauthorized modifications and policy violations make reimbursement ineligible.

Tire was worn down to the wire
We’re sorry to hear your feedback, but this does not accurately reflect the situation. Tire pressure can fluctuate with temperature changes and is easily adjusted at any gas station. The vehicle was delivered in proper condition with no safety concerns. You requested a discount simply for adding air to a tire, which is not something we accommodate. We stand by the quality of our vehicles and the experience we provide.
