Missing rearview mirror. Multiple warning lights. And a pre-existing low-pressure tire warning—which the owner filed a claim against me to pay for the tire repair. Unbelievable.

Other than the missing rearview mirror, the vehicle had no issues. The dashboard warning was caused only by the missing mirror. The previous guest damaged it shortly before your arrival, but instead of canceling your trip, we chose not to disrupt your plans. That was the only pre-existing issue. We also offered you a simpler and less expensive solution for the wheel, but you declined. The matter will now proceed at the full cost.
