We had a great experience. A convertible car is a must in Florida . The car is great and the communication with host was very effective. Would rent it again in the future.

Pickup location was fine etc. Front driver side tire popped the first night of our rental, due to a bad/terrible wheel alignment (this was the AAA technicians diagnosis as well. Entire inside part of the tire and part of that tire wall were chewed up). Having to do the rest of our trip on a donut tire was less than ideal. Having worked in a customer service role before, I would have expected a better response from the host than "we'll deal with it once you return the car" (exchanging for an alternative vehicle or a partial refund would both have been acceptable to me).
We’re sorry Brandon experienced a flat tire during the trip. However, tires can be damaged by road hazards at any time, especially in Florida, and the vehicle was delivered without any active tire or drivability issues. Once notified, we immediately provided the fastest available options, including using the spare tire or visiting a local tire shop for assistance. We remained responsive throughout and worked to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Trouble with car remote couldn’t lock or unlock the car. But all in all good trip
