The pick up location was convenient. The quality of the car was nice and overall customer service was excellent. Definitely will return back.

Im not sure if this is a Turo issue or a "Host" issue but I have rented through Turo exactly 2 times now and exactly 2 times we got a really dirty vehicle, bad customer service and just an overall bad experience. I had to extend me trip out an extra day and I went on the app to extend the rental out and it went through and then the "Host" messaged me that the car was late being brought back and when i told him that i extended the trip, he sent me a phone number back and said i have to call that number to extend but in Turo's policy it specifically said to ONLY modify the trip THROUGH Turo. It charged me the daily rate through the app but apparently my trip wasnt officially "extended" out. The ONLY good thing about them was that the pick up process was always easy but the experience overall is making me not want to rent with Turo again. I would upload pictures but they dont allow that feature with Turo for some reason. 2 out of 5. Don't recommend and it said $50(ish) per day but we ended up averaging about $100 per day after fees and other nonsense so be prepared to pay close to double what it quotes for the daily rate. Ill stick with Enterprise from now on.

The car itself and how it drove was fine..but the windshield was cracked, smelled of marijuana heavily, not very clean..the inside was sticky(I wiped it down myself).

It was really good communication easy pickup and drop off the car drove a little hard and it could have been a little cleaner other than that great people.
