car was great and in very clean condition! pickup wasn’t desirable, but because of the location, I understand the process. there are about 8 people (give or take) with access to the reservations and keys, but no one actively monitoring the messages. so if you need anything prior to or during, you may not get a response. I returned my rental early and it wasn’t approved until an hour after the car was dropped off. other than that, they have good quality vehicles and a lot of them! I’d book with this team again.
