Car clean no issues staff was amazing

The vehicle was in unacceptable condition. It was dirty, the front of the car appeared damaged and was hanging loose, and the overall environment where the vehicle was stored was not suitable. Additionally, the vehicle had a strong and unpleasant odor.
This experience was far below the standard that a customer should reasonably expect. I am deeply disappointed that a business would allow a vehicle in this condition to be offered for rent.
I am seriously concerned that the vehicle may not have been safe to drive or rent. As a result, I am considering contacting my attorney, as I believe the condition of the vehicle may raise serious safety and liability concerns.
