Easy pickup and drop-off. The car was clean and ready to go.

The car drove good, the alignment was off, the brake needs work, the trunk is broken, there wasn't a spare tire, the air bag light came on indicating it doesn't work, the check engine light came on and the windshield wipers are desperately in need of being changed. The host was very kind in handling the situation and refunded part of my cost for such a bad car, and vows to fix the issues before renting it again
