Car was Great! I did have issues like car will not charge phone or other devices. Car is wrecked. Front bumper been hit by something not mentioned in the ad. The car is scratched up . Turo did state no smoking in the car during the transaction. We follow the rules, but someone has smoked in this car. It has burn holes in the seat. Front Window cracked. Yes we tried to contact the Host, no one ever got back to us . This vehicle should not be rented with Turo until it goes to the shop first, then proceed. It did awesome though!

Yes you are correct the car has some wear and tear. The fact we didn’t not refund you any money is reason you left review. We still look forwards to hosting to you again and hope you enjoy your next rental.

Hello everyone,
The trip started off great, but about two hours into our five-hour road trip, the air conditioning stopped blowing at full speed and was no longer blowing cold air. The same issue happened on the drive back home, which made for a very uncomfortable trip.
The oil warning light also came on, which made me question whether the vehicle had been properly maintained before it was rented out. In addition, there was noticeable wear and tear throughout the interior, water stains on the headliner, and a front bumper that looked like it could come loose if we hit a speed bump too hard.
Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle and would not recommend renting it unless the company can assure you that all maintenance and repairs have been completed before your trip.

The host gave me a new car after canceling my Kia forte. They gave me this Honda civic which in my opinion was better. Great condition other than the outside. Perfect car.
