The car was awesome. Very clean, smooth ride, fun to drive.
Communication and host interactions were a bit less desirable. He changed the pickup location that was supposed to be a delivery to somewhere 15 minutes away.
Then at drop-off, I had to wait until 7am (drop-off time) per host request to put the key in the car before he could lock it remotely. Host unresponsive to messages about locking the car until this point (44min after drop-off) where I still haven't heard from him and finally contacted member support.

I apologize that your experience wasn’t what you expected.
However, with every change there was ample communication and agreement prior to the location change for pick up and drop off.
These changes are documented in our text messages on Turo; I even reimbursed you the delivery fee for the change of the pick up location at your request.
The late pick up was a miscommunication that I thought was clear. I should have been more explicit about the drop off being later.
Great experience. Stephen was very communicative and willing to work with me when there were small complications on my trip. Great experience. The car feels awesome to drive. Wife was comfy too so that’s a plus
