The brakes were noisy when backing up, there’s something that shakes in the steering column, and the maintenance required light came on. These made us a bit nervous, but it was a comfy ride with great gas mileage.

There was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning, but the host handled it really well and made sure everything got resolved quickly. He was very kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the experience right. I appreciate the effort he put in to fix things, and overall it turned into a smooth and positive rental. I’d definitely rent from him again.
