Gets the job done for the right price

The car itself was a nice little car for what you pay. It was clean, the AC blew cold, and connecting to Bluetooth was easy. The steering felt a little stiff, but overall it’s what I expected
Unfortunately, the experience itself was disappointing. The tire tread was nearly gone, this raised a major safety concern, especially because I needed to drive the car to Tucson and rely on it for work. I had to immediately return the car. I contacted Ben, and after Turo had already handled the situation he responded and offered another vehicle. Ultimately Turo Support was who helped get the situation resolved. I do appreciate that and their quick arrangement for my replacement vehicle.
I used about 1 gallon of gas before noticing this issue, After my troubles Ben still decided to send me a fuel invoice. Which is not about the money at all but more so the audacity. I had the car for not even 12 hours before it started gliding on the road so the invoice was just the icing on the cake. Turo again, resolved this.
I appreciate Ben being responsive and willing to offer another vehicle, but overall, I would have expected a smoother and more straightforward experience.

Great little car. I needed something quick, and this worked great. The car was clean and ran good. There was a squealing noise when the car started, but quickly went away. I would definitely rent again.
