Car was dirty, damaged, had check engine light on most of trip and had transmission issues. Did not feel safe driving it.

Why would you drive a car the entire trip if you did not feel safe driving it!! Never once said she felt unsafe. Seems very strange to me. Location? Improve it? Has to be in the East Economy Parking Lot. Turo rules. Please find another host and next time, if you feel unsafe, for Gods sake ask for a replacement vehicle. Don’t just write a terrible review after you used their vehicle regardless of who the host is.
All I can say is wow!! I had a flat tire in the middle of the trip I contacted Ron about it and he was very communicative and covered the new tire. If I am ever in the area and need a rental I definitely will be looking to rent from Rob again!!
