The communication was good . However, when I got the car it smelled of cigarettes. I immediately sent a message to let him know and he said ok, thank you for letting me know. At 4am took it to clean out. When I got ready to get on the road and put my clothes in the car I had to put them in a bag because the car still smelled of smoke. When I got to my destination I went and had it cleaned again and bought spray. It was horrible the entire experience to the point I came back and turned the car early.
