We had a great experience with the car and would absolutely rent again the next time I visit Charleston. The pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and timely. They were very quick to respond. The brake pads sounded and felt like they need a little love but other than that, we felt very safe and comfortable driving around the city and to the beach. 10/10 would recommend!
