It’s a good car but the car had damage to it already to the front bumper and the owner tried to make it seem like I’m the one that tore up his car

Hosts, please be careful. The guest damaged my car’s bumper and then claimed the damage was already there and that I was trying to make money from it. She also failed to take any check-in or check-out photos. The car was returned parked unlocked, with the key left in an unlocked lockbox. Additionally, the key signal-blocking pouch was not returned.
Ali is a wonderful host, kind and accommodating. Communication was easy, car clean and reliable. I will surely rent from Ali again when back in the area.
