We would like to clarify that the vehicle does not have a smoke odor. We use a new-car-scent disinfectant throughout our fleet as part of our cleaning and sanitization procedures. It’s possible the fragrance was mistaken for a smoke smell, and we appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention.
