Pick up was easy however, the interior of the car was not clean. There was hair (looked like dog hair) all over the seats and the car had an odor.

The car was dirty when I picked it up. There was dog hair on the seats. It was sticky and I had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes. It smelled like dog and cigarette smoke. The tire pressure light came on and the brakes need replacing. I just was expecting I think more from a Superhost car. The host was communicative but the car was not what I expected.

This was the perfect choice! The host was attentive, professional, and communicative and just all around good people. I needed to extended my trip at the last minute and the host was eagerly flexible. The car runs like new. Exceptionally clean car gave me no problems and provided all the support that I needed to move out of one home and into another. The price I pay was very decent and fair for the wear and tear and miles we put on the car. Worth every penny. I would definitely do business again. Thank you!!!
