Communication was lacking. It took almost an hour for me to get the rental and the horn didn't work. The male cohost is extremely rude. His mother the female cohost had to bring me the vehicle due to a lack of communication and the entire time he was on the phone being unprofessional as if I could not hear him
It only took you an hour to get to the vehicle because your lack of direction that’s not my fault and like you said I was on the phone with the cohost. I was not talking to you and my horn was working when I checked out the vehicle you also stained my seat, covers and left the car dirty but it’s OK. Lesson learned.

I had an excellent experience renting this 2016 Toyota Corolla. The car was very dependable, clean, fuel-efficient, and ran smoothly throughout my trip with no issues at all. The owner was respectful, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend both the car and the owner to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience.
