Great Service Great Host !!!

Overall, the rental experience was good. The vehicle was delivered with a full charge, drove well throughout the trip, and I had no mechanical issues. Although this was an older Tesla, everything worked as expected, including the A/C, and access to the Tesla Supercharger network made charging very convenient.
I did run into a few minor issues during the trip, but I appreciated that Vasily responded quickly and offered immediate solutions, which was very helpful and made the experience much smoother.
The only inconvenience was the pickup and dropoff location. I had searched for vehicles near Bradley Airport and mistakenly assumed this was an airport pickup. In reality, pickup and dropoff required an Uber ride to the host’s location, which added some unexpected time, cost, and hassle, especially after a late-night flight. To be fair, I should have paid closer attention to the listing details, although I do think Turo could do a better job highlighting when a vehicle is near an airport versus actually offering airport pickup.
Other than that, the rental experience was positive, and I appreciate the host’s responsiveness and professionalism.
