The host was very communicative and friendly the issue was the condition of the car. I am a five star host with Turo myself and I would never feel comfortable renting this car to a guest. It came completely dirty and smelled and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Grime on the windows rocks and dirt on the mats. Now besides the cleanliness of the car, the actually battery of the car is depreciating. I own a Tesla and this car literally had the worst battery life I’ve seen come by. Be prepared to charge multiple times. The car itself was also falling apart. Side panels coming off. Exposed wires. The trunk doesn’t close properly. The passenger side seat literally electrocuted my partner. As a Turo host myself I was 100 percent disappointed in this trip and my experience with the car. The host though was kind so maybe I just picked the worst car in his fleet.
