This had to be one of the worst rental experiences I ever had. I was in communication with the host prior to arrival and he knew I was traveling with small kids. Upon getting into the car, I had an almost instant headache from the ashtray we walked into. The car legit smelled like someone just finished a pack of cigarettes and a few joints. This is after I made sure to reserve a car that didn’t allow smoking to avoid this very thing. I attempted to reach out to the host to figure out alternatives and although my messages were being read, there wasn’t a reply for hours. When the reply finally came in there was no solution.

The rest of our reviews speak for themselves. Alex again asked to meet him curbside for pick up at the airport instead of the parking garage. He then proceeded to complain about the smell even though the night prior a guest had just finished their family trip with a 5 star rating. And to finish up his reservation, he parked the vehicle without sending any information on the whereabouts of the vehicle. Would not recommend guest, will retaliate if his demands aren’t met.
Great car, hassle free the car was droppped off on time and was in excellent shape.
