Car was great, pick up location was easy, and host was very responsive.

Best host ever! She was so accommodating to various changes and the car was clean and working great. The A/C did have a minor issue where it would make a brief loud squeaking noise when the car starts but it would quickly go away. Besides that, everything was perfect!

Turo did not respond professionally to a problem presented. The airline did not properly communicate a gate change therefore a plane was missed and trip had to be cancelled. When a refunded ticket was presented as an admission the of “guilt” by the airline along with the boarding pass the documentation was not acceptable for Turo. They denied a refund. This is not a reflection of the host. The host communicated professionally throughout the entire situation. This is totally a reflection upon the unprofessional customer service of Turo..
