Car has a sketchy aftermarket exposed wire tracking device that logs speed and location and sends alerts to the host. Not disclosed or consented to. Host babysits lies and is uncooperative. Had me return the car at 11pm, made false accusations. Worst turo experience ever don't bother.

For clarification to future guests: Tracking was clearly disclosed under Rules of the Road prior to booking. The guest was contacted only after multiple speeding alerts occurred within a 3-hour period. Addressing repeated safety alerts is responsible hosting, not “babysitting.” The device was then disconnected and requests to reconnect it were refused. Turo Support reviewed the documentation, became directly involved, and the trip was terminated. Safety will always remain our priority.

Thank you for your feedback. The noise was caused by a loose exhaust heat shield due to a missing washer/fastener, which caused the rattling sound. The shield has since been properly secured and bolted back into place. The rear brake light was also immediately addressed and a new bulb was installed. Both issues have been corrected, and the vehicle has been checked to ensure everything is properly secured and functioning.
