I rated this rental 1 star because the vehicle did not feel safe or reliable. From the moment I picked it up, the car felt like it was going to break down. There were noticeable issues with how it drove, and I did not feel confident operating it.
When renting a vehicle, safety and dependability are the minimum expectations. Unfortunately, this car did not meet those standards. I would not recommend this rental in its current condition.
Thank you for your review. We were not notified about the issues during the trip, but we take concerns like this very seriously. The vehicle has since been inspected and any necessary maintenance has been addressed. We are committed to keeping our cars well-maintained and safe for every guest.
