Excellent Experience Especially The Host!

I had to book at he last minute. Host was amazing and communicated clearly. The car was clean, well maintained with zero issues. Would rebook again.

Overall, the vehicle performed very well and was reliable throughout my trip. I had no issues with the car itself, and it met my expectations in terms of performance and condition.

However, there was some confusion regarding the pickup location. Based on the listing photos, I believed the vehicle would be available at a business location with accessible public transportation. Instead, the pickup took place at the host’s residence, which resulted in additional, unexpected transportation expenses on my end.

Due to these added costs, I was not able to refuel the vehicle to the maximum level before returning it. I communicated this to the host and requested consideration, but the request was declined and I was invoiced. I also felt that the fuel charge assessed was higher than the actual amount used.

While the car itself was excellent, I would recommend that future renters confirm the exact pickup location in advance and clarify fuel expectations to avoid any misunderstandings.
