The vehicle was in excellent condition—spotless inside and out, well-maintained, and incredibly reliable throughout my trip. I rented it specifically to attend a funeral, but my plans unexpectedly required a last-minute extension that could have been stressful. Tonia responded with outstanding patience, helpfulness, concern, and genuine understanding, quickly accommodating the change while communicating clearly and ensuring I felt supported during such a difficult time.
