This review is misleading. The guest left her personal vehicle at our location without permission and failed to move it after we specifically asked her to. No concerns about our vehicle were reported during the trip, giving us no opportunity to address them. The negative review came only after we addressed her unauthorized parking. We chose to remain professional and not retaliate in our review. We stand behind our vehicles and our service—even when that professionalism isn't returned.
