If it was 0 stars I’d put that a total inconvenience to me today vehicle needs servicing the engine is very loud plus the transmission skips

Guest claimed the transmission was skipping and the engine was excessively loud while in Albany, GA, roughly 2.5 hours away. After making the complaint, GPS records show the vehicle was driven back and reached approximately 88 MPH. We had the vehicle inspected immediately after return and found no issue consistent with the complaint. The circumstances do not match the claims made. Extremely inconvenient experience. Would not rent to this guest again.

We sent the updated return location several hours before your trip ended, giving you plenty of time to see the message before returning the vehicle. After noticing you had gone to the optional car wash location instead, we sent the updated address again to help ensure you arrived at the correct drop-off point.
We understand last-minute changes can be frustrating, but this was a location update only a few minutes from the original drop-off spot, and our other guests have not had any issues with
