Nice host and clean car. Inconvenient that you must contact the host to pickup and drop off car, instead of the flexibility of a lockbox.

Thank you for the review McGregor. I understand your desire for the convenience not the lock box, however, we live in a complex that has very restricted parking. That is the reason we don't offer contactless pick up and drop off services.
The pickup location is not contactless, but the host was great. The car had a very loud rumbling and visibly shaking engine while driving and parked. The engine mount needs repair and is failing. There were stains on the interior of the passenger side, there was a button cap missing from the car stereo, and an odd odor on the interior.
