Very convenient to pick up at airport but the extra parking fee to get out of the parking garage —that was not completely refunded —was a bummer. Car smelled like smoke which caused us issues due to allergies. Communication was ok, we were new to Turo and had a lot of questions and they answered most of them. We appreciated that! Overall car ran fine.
