First experience ever with turo. An amazing experience! Car rental was amazing definitely recommend!

I understand & understood completely of this vehicle being a season vehicle. This vehicle here hum, here we go. I was on the highway traveling only for the error on the system for the tires came on despite me placing air in the tires still was on. I informed the owner of the window washer fluid not working. I was informed it was working before but I had purchased window washer fluid to place into the vehicle filled it back up only for it still not work especially when I’m traveling in a bad storm area needing the windows to be clear to see. The driver window makes noise while driving down the highway. The inside light for vehicle doesn’t work but on one side. I informed Turo of all the issues including informing the owner. Only for the owner to tell me to bring the car back to be exchanged for 2026 I was willing to do that but a few moments later he comes back to say it was going to be an extra charge. I’m out of town having issues with your vehicle and resolution was to charge me extra for exchange of a vehicle. Did I mentioned the pick up for this vehicle was at a repair body shop door which should had been a sign. Would not book again, NO. You may say whatever you would like about me owner of the vehicle but you know this is the truth. Please repair this vehicle completely before placing it back out there unless it a local travel.

We must point out that our 2012 Honda Civic has completed about 96 trips and received an outstanding 5-Star review 99% of the time. Your review contains misinformation and is inconsistent with what 99% of our guests experience with our service.
The host was responsive and a good communicator, but the car had mechanical issues mid trip that took a lot of time to sort out. The host was accommodating during that time.
