Excellent service! We did have issue with tire pressure but host was very accessible and understanding. We will look for Sam again when we are in the Detroit area!

Pick up/drop off was easy, host was very responsive and helpful, but car needs work to be reliable. We were stranded twice with low tire pressure lights (host gave a credit for refilling them), the transmission was slipping when in reverse, and the steering wheel was flaking apart in my hands.

Hey IAN, I’m sorry you felt this way about your trip. The vehicle was inspected before pickup with no tire or transmission issues. The tire-pressure concern was reported after approximately 717 miles of driving, and I still reimbursed you $10 for inflation as a courtesy. The vehicle’s transmission is operating normally, and I take all maintenance and guest concerns seriously.
