I was given coolant at the time of pickup, which should have been my first clue to do something different. I reserved for a month, and the car leaked so much,I had to buy 2 more containers of fluid myself. The car also was overheating to the point that I got on the freeway and it wouldn’t go over 30mph, at week 3 when it did it again I told them I was returning a week early as there was a safety issue. I would think I would have been given a refund for the week I didn’t use since it was due to no fault of mine but Turo changed the rates so it priced it for 3 weeks which was more, now I’m out of a vehicle for a week and the money. Will not use host or Turo again.
No smoking allowed
