Great host, pickup and dropoff experience in a convenient place. My only concern is the quality of the vehicle. I'm not a vehicle expert but feels like the transmission needs to be looked at. Speaker sound is not great, and driver door needs to be manually locked. All in all I still think it is a great option for the price and was able to successfully complete my business trip.

We will have it inspected again to see if anything can be improved. This has been present since I purchased the vehicle and does not affect its safety or reliability. The host told me that the car was in the parking lot on S State Street. It was NOT
there. The person at the front desk walked with me to the parking lot on Station Road, which is where it was.
I walked for40 minutes both ways with a heavy suitcase.
Further, I couldn’t open the lock box because there were no instructions. We tried this for 15 minutes.
I walked to two lots and spent one hour to finally get the car.
I texted the host 2 times and called her on the phone twice. She did not reply for a long time.
I paid the front desk person who helped me $20.00 for his help.
I filled the car with gas and I have the receipt.
This experience was awful!!
I will not accept a charge to my account.
I had a very bad experience. Maria apologized the first day for the inconvenience and I excused her for it.
I have everything in writing and I will send a copy of the receipts and my text messages to her and her text messages back to me.
Everything is documented.

I would like to clarify that all pickup and parking instructions were clearly provided in advance through the Turo messenger. The difficulty in locating the vehicle occurred because these instructions were not reviewed at the time. After accessing the messages, the guest acknowledged that the information was available and clear. Additionally, the vehicle was returned to a different parking location than instructed, which resulted in extra parking charges for me when retrieving it.
