Starter went out on car. Switched to another vehicle which did not have working horn so it was deactivated by Turo, then found out I was being charged for gas that I was never given an opportunity to replace because car was taken to shop. A hold was placed on my account and an additional deposit was requested.

Never available when it’s time to pick up or drop off the car… Will also request a good review and not give good customer service to earn it!! I also to not like him texting me outside of the app
