Everything was good. The car did have a bit of a smoke smell covered up by air fresheners.

James. thank you for your feedback and for renting with us! We’re sorry to hear that the scent in the vehicle impacted your experience. Unfortunately, a previous guest violated our no-smoking policy and left the car in poor condition. While we took extensive measures to clean and freshen the vehicle, we will continue to improve our smoke mitigation efforts, especially when we have a short turnaround between rentals. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you again soon!
