Great host! Just wished the horn worked during my trip. Also, this was my first tesla rental on turo where I was not given access to the car on the Tesla app. Key Cards work fine but features like pre conditioning A/C before a drive were unavailable. I would rent again though

Hi, so sorry you felt that way! When asked you stated everything was great, also you were given the option to send your phone number to have access to Tesla phone app. The car is also professionally cleaned. There is no smoking allowed by any guest! Thank you for reviewing and have a great day!
