Daniel was an awesome host. Was very quick responding. The car had check engine issue and he showed up immediately to take care of the issue while I was taking care of other errands so by the time I was done the car was ready to hit the road again.
The only issue I noticed that was disappointing to me was misrepresentation of the car features. On the car details it is mentioned the car is equip with back-up camera which as far as I checked (multiple times) there was not back up camera and as I am writing this review on 06/18/2026 back up camera is listed as one for the "Vehicle features". I have screenshots of it and recordings in case there are doubts. It is not easy to drive cars with Back-up cameras these days as we all used to them and renting something and then noticing that what is promised and planned on, is not there is never a good experience.
The vehicle itself was very nice and fun to drive. Thank you Daniel. I hope you fix this minor issue. Other than that he is a five star host. cheers.

Just to clarify, it was a standard low-oil indicator rather than a check engine light, which is normal for a VW given the thousands of miles driven during your 1.5-month rental. I'm glad I could top it off for you! I also appreciate you catching the backup camera error which was incorrectly added by Turo without my knowledge. Had it been mentioned during your trip, I would've happily swapped you into another vehicle that has one. Thanks again, and take care!
