The car was super clean and the pickup location was great. It drove well overall, but it definitely needs some maintenance:
* The steering rack makes noticeable noises when turning the steering wheel from side to side.
* At around 65 mph, firmly tapping the brake pedal causes a concerning loss of brake pressure. This could indicate an issue with the brake hydraulic system and should be inspected immediately, as it may pose a safety risk.
Overall, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, but these mechanical issues need prompt attention
Thanks for your concern, the car is religiously maintained and has never had any issues like you mentioned. We go above and beyond to ensure our vehicles are both safe and functional for our guests. We will have the vehicle looked at to double verify there are no maintenance issues or concerns, as nothing is noticeable at this time.
