Amazing experience. The car was perfect. Pick up and drop off was seamless.

We were deeply disappointed in the rental from Alesky. We rented a Tesla because my husband’s friend had purchased one and we were considering one also. We had never driven one so had no experience and we had to make several calls while on the trip that could have been avoided if there were any instructions. No mention of where key card was or where to put it. Where to look for charging adapters. How to use and what payment arrangements would be for super charging stations. We lost valuable time and money during our trip due to lack of basic instructions. On top of that there was a suspension problem that was not mentioned until just before pick up. We had an early delay and let him know, and even then he did not say anything. It was extremely noisy! We wanted the experience of the quiet drive of an EV and got awful squeaking at every dip and bump. We contacted him as we were afraid of the safety. He did apologize..but basically said sorry can’t do anything about it. Too short of a turn around from last renter.
We feel Alex could do a MUCH better job of preparing renters for using his Tesla. Also, informing them of any issues immediately and offering some kind of compensation or exchange. Perhaps a questionnaire from the beginning. He was attentive to our calls and did explain and get things going for us. We did appreciate that. Overall..it was just very disappointing..and hopefully our experience will give Alex opportunity to make some adjustments to his listing and make the next renters able to give a five star review.
