We’re sorry you felt communication was difficult. All check-in instructions, including the requirement to upload a valid driver’s license before accessing the vehicle, were provided through the Turo app in advance. Vehicle access cannot be provided until this required step is completed. We understand check-in can be frustrating, but this was a standard verification requirement and not a lack of communication from the host. We always strive to make the process clear and convenient for our guests.
Pickup/Dropoff was simple and quick. Car drove smooth and was good on gas.. No complaints whatsoever. Host was responsive also.

Car runs very well, it was exactly what I needed and good price, I didn't have any problems,very comfortable. The host is very attentive and quick to respond for any doubts. Pick up location was very convenient and it has automatic check in, so I didn't have to wait for anybody to open the car for me. Very good service, I will use it again.
