When i got the car, there was a heavy smoke smell in it. 3-5 days i had to drive with the windows down because i could not breathe in it. I did reach out, they offered to clean the vehicle however did not have an alternate one for me to drive, so i kept the car. Other than the smoke smell, the car was great and they were responsive and friendly.
Apologies again for the inconvenience. A guest smoked in it against our rules. We tried to remedy it but I guess it needed more treatment. These are the challenges of the business. Thank you for booking with us.
