Overall, the Kia K4 got me where I needed to go this weekend, so I appreciate that it was reliable enough for my trip. However, there were several issues that made the experience less than ideal.
When I picked up the vehicle, it was not clean. There were visible stains on the seats, the interior had not been vacuumed, and I also noticed what appeared to be a pest issue. Additionally, the dashboard was lit up with multiple warning and indicator lights, which was concerning and made it seem like the vehicle may have mechanical or maintenance issues.
Another disappointment was that the vehicle was not provided with a full tank of gas, yet I was asked to return it with a full tank. I believe the fuel level at pickup and return should be consistent.
Overall, the car served its purpose, but I think there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and ensuring the vehicle is delivered in the same condition expected upon return.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the Kia got you where you needed to go safely. I’d like to clarify that the dashboard light was not a mechanical issue. It was related to a tire pressure sensor after a previous passenger-side tire blowout. The tire was replaced, the car was inspected, and it is safe to drive. I’ll also use your comments about cleanliness and fuel to continue improving future guest experiences
