The car was reliable, but there were a few issues with the trip. I had to reach out to the host multiple times to get my lock box info because I still hadn’t heard from him at the time of pickup. Also, he told me the previous renter had smoked in the car and it still smelled after he tried to clean it, but he didn’t share this information until I had picked up the car. I know it wasn’t his fault, but I wish I could have had a little heads up to give me time to make other arrangements. It was pretty smokey smelling, and now my clothes are too. Overall, though, he was a good host and responded quickly.

I wasn’t able to reply immediately when Katelyn messaged me multiple times, but still had the lockbox code to her well before her trip start time - she did not have to wait at all when she arrived. I try to reply to everyone as quickly as possible but cannot always reply immediately.

Slight hiccup with the pickup but the Derrick went out of his way to help. Was also very understanding that I was late due to the storm.
