Front right tire had issues

VERY disappointing experience. When I arrived, the car was clearly not ready .. the outside was dirty and the inside had dog hair, debris, and visible residue on the seats. It had not been cleaned at all.
When I asked the host, he said the previous renter had just returned it and he hadn’t had time to clean it. That should have been communicated before my pickup time instead of having me show up and waste my time.
The host was also very nonchalant about the situation, which made it more frustrating. I ended up having to return the car and request a full refund, which caused me to be late for work. I also have photos documenting the condition in case he says this isn’t true.
Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend.
We’re sorry the vehicle did not meet your expectations. This is an 8-year-old vehicle offered at a very affordable daily rate, not a brand-new luxury rental. The car had just been returned by the previous guest prior to your pickup, and while there may have been a small amount of residual pet hair, the vehicle was absolutely drivable and safe.
Unfortunately, your review greatly exaggerates the situation. A single pet hair or minor debris does not mean the vehicle was “not cleaned at all.”

Roohill was amazing. The car was in fantastic shape and drove smooth as ever. As wonderful on gas as well. Pick up as well as drop off one of the smoothest things ever. Will definitely rent from again and recommend to anyone I know looking for a wonderful host and vehicle!!! 10/10 all around.

The car has a bad odor, and It was rented to me dirty inside
Hi Rashawn. This is not true, the car was cleaned and washed before the renter picked up the vehicle. We have photos of the condition it was in prior to pick up.
