Joe was great! This was my first time using turo and I would use it again due to the great experience I had with it and with Joe. Joe communicated fast and was great. The car looked brand new. I would rent from him again. The only thing I would suggest is if you have never driven a Tesla before to go over some basics like how to put it in park and how the wipers work and just some small things. Besides that, it’s great!

Joe is fantastic! Excellent, and prompt communication exchanges. He picked me up from the Spokane Airport, and I was able to return the Tesla there, which made for a super convenient vacation wrap.
The Tesla was a delight to drive, and the ability to charge off a standard 110V outlet was super.
The Tesla is an eco-friendly option, and with the fuel savings, a wise one that offsets the expense of renting a vehicle.
